SIHLE Girls Speak On Teen Sexuality Two 17 year old females who participate in the Teens Rise SIHLE program, talked candidly about their sex life. Both girls have had sexual partners, one has had multiple partners – both admitted to not always wearing condoms. They talked about when teens start having sex, whey they may have sex, with whom, how often and where. SIHLE is a funded project which was established to eradicate teen pregnancy in minority communities across the State of Florida.
