Teen smoking and the commitment tobacco companies have to use any method of enticement is taking a toll on our youth. 

A 2009 poll found that 1 in 5 youth between the ages of 12 an 17 used flavored tobacco while only 1 in 10 adults reported seeing them on display.  Most recently companies are marketing a flavored tobacco – which is just as addictive and carry the same health risks and regular tobacco products do.  Studies show youth like the taste and the tobacco is perceived to be “safer.” However, they may want to rethink the next visit to the hookah lounge.
