Jake Gyllenhaal defies death on 'Man Vs. Wild'

Actor Jake Gyllenhaal has survived near-Armageddon in 'The Day After Tomorrow,' and roughed the expansive North American landscape in 'Brokeback Mountain,' but this Friday, the Hollywood star will team up with "Man vs. Wild" adventurer Bear Grylls to test Gyllenhaal's real-life survival skills in the harsh Icelandic wilderness.
Alongside Grylls , the Hollywood actor will tackle the some of the worst conditions known to man along harsh Icelandic terrain.
