Kandi Burruss Starr of ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ Is Engaged Kandi Burruss is engaged to Todd Tucker who has appeared on The Real Housewives of Atlanta this season. A rep has confirmed to PEOPLE.com that Burruss plans to marry Tucker, a line producer she met while filming the reality show in 2011.
