COLUMBUS, Ohio — An Ohio lawmaker said he plans to introduce "Caylee's law," a measure that

would make it a felony for parents to fail to report the passing of their child within one hour of

death or report a child missing within 24 hours of their disappearance.  The proposal is similar

 to one lawmakers in several other states, including Florida, Oklahoma and elsewhere, have said

 they will introduce in the wake of this week's Casey Anthony verdict.  State Rep. Michael Stinziano,

 a Columbus Democrat, said he would introduce the bill soon.  "We need to ensure that we have

laws with teeth, particularly in a case where a parent or caretaker is proven to have misled

 or impeded investigators," Stinziano said.
