According to 45 year old Lanita Thomas, her former employer Magic Johnson was not a fair boss.  Thomas, who was a flight attendant for Magic’s private jet from 2004 up until last month, is filing a lawsuit against the NBA legend claiming she was wrongfully terminated.  Magic says that the flight attendant was fired because she was 15 minutes late for work. But Thomas says she was only late because Johnson is very particular about the kind of turkey Magic eats on his sandwich and so was held up at the deli counter. She believes that the real reason Magic wanted her fired, was so he could hire a younger woman. Along with the suit, Thomas claims that she was never paid over time, and never received the legally required breaks.
