Actor Idris Elba arrives at the White House in Washington for the State Dinner hosted by President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama for British Prime Minister David Cameron and his wife Samantha, Wednesday, March 14, 2012.

There's been plenty of talk surrounding the possibility of the first Black James Bond coming to the big screen. Currently Bond girl, Naomie Harris, states that she would like her fellow Brit Idris Elba to play the part. In September 2011, Elba expressed to CNN that if he takes the role, he would prefer not to be called the "first Black James Bond." "Sean Connery wasn't the Scottish James Bond and Daniel Craig wasn't the blue-eyed James Bond," said Elba. "So if I played him, I don't want to be called the Black James Bond."

Elba's meeting with Broccoli is a potential sign that a new Bond film is on its way.
