It provides instruction on fitting your child in the proper seat and installation into your vehicle.The class is free to residents of Lake County. Please provide proof of Lake County residence with your ID and a recent utility bill. WIC, Medicaid, & Food Stamps recipients are eligible for a free or reduced cost child restraint with proof of subsistence program eligibility.
