DANCE CARD: 5 CLASS HOURS (60-DAY EXPIRATION) Terms & Conditions:  Dance Cards are valid from the date of the student's first attended class through the expiration period noted above.  Online purchases are subject to a per package handling charge. All purchases are final; no refunds or transfers. A minimum of 6 students is required to conduct a class.  Master Classes, the Pre-Professional Program and Summer Programs maintain separate tuition schedules.
