Dealers Room Information Hurricane Who is pleased to announce Dealers Room Registration for the 2012 Convention. We are looking for a wide variety of Dealers from all corners of Fandom. Anything from Comics and Collectibles to Jewelry and Artwork.  RatesDealers tables are 6 feet by 20 inches.  Current Prices are:The First Dealers Table Purchased is $200, and each additional table is $125. Artists Tables are available for $125. Each Dealers Table and Artists Table purchased comes with one Dealers Badge to the convention. All Collection and Reporting of Taxes in accordance with local laws and regulations will be the sole responsibility of the Dealer. Bootleg MerchandiseHurricane Who has a legal obligation to prohibit the sale of pirated audio/video copies or other bootleg merchandise at the convention. This includes materials and goods that are in violation of US Copyright Laws and the Byrne International Copyright Treaty. The Convention Staff reserves the right to require unlicensed products be removed from Dealer's tables. If the Dealer refuses to remove the merchandise, The Convention Staff reserves the right to eject the Dealer from the Convention with no refund. The Convention Staff may be contacted at any time should any guidance be needed.  Fan Tables Fan tables are available for Fan Clubs, Groups, and Organizations to promote themselves and their activities. Each fan table is 6 feet by 20 inches, and costs $50. Fan Tables do not include membership to the Convention. Hurricane Who requires that all Fan Tables be staffed by a paid convention attendee. Merchandise original to the Fan organization may be sold at the Fan Tables. Fan Organizations that wish to sell copyrighted materials must purchase a Dealers Table.
